Angarak, Inc. System Limited Warranty
Angarak, Inc. (“CamerEye”) offers a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after original purchase from an authorized CamerEye dealer. This means that if the components in the shipped box aren't functional or if the components aren’t working correctly, we'll resolve or replace them, at our option. Because CamerEye cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, the CamerEye warranty does not apply to products purchased from an unauthorized CamerEye dealer or reseller. CamerEye reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for systems purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. But this doesn't mean you can abuse your system and expect us to fix it for free. We don't cover external damages on camera, smart hub or siren, loss or theft. You will void your warranty if you open your smart hub, place the smart hub in rain or underwater, or expose your smart hub to moisture. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so hold onto your warranty copy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by excessive wear or misuse.
Any implied warranties that may be applicable to CamerEye products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall CamerEye be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the product, breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Contact a CamerEye Service representative and we’ll do what we can to resolve the problem. If you’re in North America, email our online support or call us at (800) 906-2810 from 8 to 5 pacific time, Monday to Thursday, 9 to 5 pacific time Friday, and we’ll talk you through a solution or get you a service authorization number. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State, county to country.
Note: Your warranty is not void if you do not register your unit.
