How do I delete a user account?

To delete a user account:
1. Log-in to the user account that is being deleted
2. From the Home Screen, open the side menu and click on the user name at the top to access the “My Account” screen
3. From the “My Account” screen, click “Delete Account”
4. From the “Delete Account” screen, disconnect all connected devices by clicking the “Disconnect” button next to all connected devices
5. After disconnecting all devices, click “Delete Account” in the pop up window and confirm account deletion
