There’s several reasons why you may not have any data. The first is that you may not be a subscriber. SmartEyeQ is a feature that is only accessible by Premium Members.
If you are a Premium Member and you’re not seeing any SmartEyeQ data the following may be an issue:
- Something may be obstructing your camera view
- If it’s just Pool Health and Pool Pro data that you’re missing, you may not have logged any Pool Pro events. For instructions on how to do log Pool Pro events, click here.
