Why is the data in the SmartEyeQ area blurred out?

SmartEyeQ is available for our Premium Users only. If you are not a Premium User, we encourage you to subscribe. If you are a Premium User and you’re still not getting the SmartEyeQ experience please try the following:

  1. Check that you are logged in. You can do this by clicking the menu in the upper left corner of the screen. After clicking, a menu will slide out from the left and you should see your name and email at the top of that menu. If you don’t log in.
  2. If you are logged in, check your subscription status by clicking the menu in the upper left and then clicking “subscription” within that menu.  
  3. If you have tried the above and you’re still not getting the SmartEyeQ feature, try logging out and logging in.
