What is ISPSC code? #

The only swimming pool code that is in sync with the current criteria in the I-Codes and APSP standards. Developed in collaboration with the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP) to define minimum requirements for public and residential pools, spas, and hot tubs through the use of prescriptive and performance-based provisions. The ISPSC works in tandem with the I-Codes and includes regulations that meet or exceed the Virginia Graeme Baker Act. The ISPSC also includes the APSP-7 Suction Entrapment Avoidance Standard.
