Why do I have to tag Pool Pro visits?

Soon we will be able to confidently determine the difference between a Pool Pro and all other people detected in the view of your CamerEye system.

For now, we show you candidate Pool Pro events and ask you, the user, to confirm whether it is a Pool Pro or not. You are not required to do this, but tagging Pool Pro events will add those events to the Pool Health section and it will also help train our machine learning model so that you don’t have to tag those events in the future. 

We pre-filter candidate Pool Pro events for you, but any event can be tagged as a Pool Pro event, so if you don’t find your Pool Pro in the candidate events, you can filter events by person until you find your Pool Pro.
