Why does my Pool Health Score say “not detectable”?

If your pool is covered by a cover, if the pool is covered in snow, or if the camera view of the pool is obscured so that the camera cannot see the whole pool, the system cannot calculate the data points that go into Pool Health. In these instances your Pool Health score may return as not detectable.
