Why don’t I have any Pool Pro events?

If you don’t have any Pool Pro events, it’s because you have not tagged any events as Pool Pros. We pre-filter candidate Pool Pro events for you and they show up in your event timeline as “Pool Pro?”. Please click on these events and tag them as Pool Pros if the detection is accurate, or not Pool Pros if the detection is inaccurate. Please know that any detected event can be tagged as a Pool Pro event, so if you don’t find your Pool Pro in the candidate events, you can filter events by person until you find your Pool Pro.

Soon we will be able to confidently determine the difference between a Pool Pro and all other people detected in the view of your CamerEye system. For now, we show you candidate Pool Pro events and ask you, the user, to confirm whether it is a Pool Pro or not. You are not required to do this, but tagging Pool Pro events will add those events to the Pool Health section of your SmartEyeQ experience while helping to train our machine learning model so that you don’t have to tag those events in the future.
