Why is the data in the SmartEyeQ area blurred out?
SmartEyeQ is available for our Premium Users only. If you are not a Premium User, we encourage you to subscribe. If you are a Premium User and you’re still not getting the SmartEyeQ experience please try the following:
- Check that you are logged in. You can do this by clicking the menu in the upper left corner of the screen. After clicking, a menu will slide out from the left and you should see your name and email at the top of that menu. If you don’t log in.
- If you are logged in, check your subscription status by clicking the menu in the upper left and then clicking “subscription” within that menu.
- If you have tried the above and you’re still not getting the SmartEyeQ feature, try logging out and logging in.
